What is Staging?
Staging isn't decorating. It's a strategic presentation of what's already in your property, designed to help buyers see its potential.
I specialise in occupied staging, working with the furniture already in the property, whether that's a family home, an ex-rental with dated pieces, or an investment apartment that's been sitting empty. I bring in the styling pieces needed to finish each room, such as soft furnishings, artwork and lighting, then edit and rearrange what's already there so every room feels considered and shows well in person and in photos.
The result is a property that looks its best and attracts more interest, without a full refurbishment or a house full of new furniture.
